About Gabrielle Robinson

Born in Berlin in 1942, I spent much of my life moving from city to city and country to country. My MA is from Columbia University and my PhD from the University of London. I taught literature mostly at US universities and am now Prof. Emerita. At this point I have published 8 books including a memoir Api's Berlin Diaries. My Quest to Understand my Grandfather's Nazi Past and many essays.
