Interested in NZ politics, mainly because it is going to make or break New Zealand. Also interested in health, mainly mine 😆 So now interested in heart disease, diabetes, cholesterol levels, drugs that change it and finally diet, which seems to influence everything. So personally I'm now concentrating on carnivore or near to, as recommended by experts like Prof Kay, Drs Cywes, Berry, Bikman, Ovadia etc. Also interested in the Lean Mass Hyper Reponders trials/results by Dave Feldman and co.
